Stephen Pfleiderer is a seasoned social impact entrepreneur, board-registered addiction mental health professional, and classically trained musician with over 15 years of experience in behavioral and addiction-focused mental healthcare. His work has centered on mental health, addiction treatment, interpersonal effectiveness, and conflict resolution—equipping him with a deep understanding of the barriers families face on the path to recovery.
A graduate of Johns Hopkins University and the University of Cincinnati, Stephen also completed advanced cognitive behavioral therapy training at Stanford University. As Treatment Ready’s subject matter expert and product visionary, he brings ethical innovation, clinical insight, and a touch of humor to everything we do—helping ensure our platform truly meets the needs of treatment centers, families, and patients alike.

Laura Kunigonis
Laura is a social impact–driven Growth Product Manager with more than 8 years of experience designing and scaling digital products, including education and behavioral health technology. She specializes in user experience and interface design, product strategy, and startup growth—bringing a proven ability to build intuitive, high-impact tools.
A graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign with a degree in Economics, Laura has led product development at organizations such as Outlier.org, General Assembly, and Entrepreneur Media.
